We value a multi-disciplinary approach to rehabilitation, which encompasses wellness, emotional health, and nutrition through education. Douglas W. Menzies, D.C., Director

Education: Received Doctorate In Chiropractic in 1978; Certificate of Matriculation in Orthopedics, 1980; Certified in Impairment Rating, 1981; B.S. in Nutrition, 1982: Post Graduate Training in Sports Injuries at The Olympic Training Center, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Areas of Specialty: Sports Medicine; Impairment Rating; Disability Evaluation; Exercise Prescription.

Professional Accomplishments: VI Olympic Team Physician, 1988 Seoul Korea; 1992 Barcelona Spain; 1996 Atlanta Georgia; Member and past president of the  VI Chiropractic Society; Member of The American Chiropractic Association; US Air Force Vietnam Veteran (1968-72).

Kimberley D. Sanford R.N.

Dave Wentz

Education: BS’s Degree in Athletic Training & Sports Medicine; holds national certifications and advanced training through the National Athletic Trainer’s Association and National Academy of Sports Medicine

Background: DeWayne brings experience and a keen sense of imagination to the Rehab Center. Before relocating to St. Croix, DeWayne gained experience training a varied population, ranging from the sedentary and elderly to active high school, the military and athletes both amateur and professional. In the last 2 years DeWayne helped pioneer a very successful sports performance program at a private fitness club in Cincinnati, Ohio. His unique style of functional training focuses on a balanced body moving through all 3 planes of human movement while building strength and power on a foundation of stability.
